Illegal Brickfield smoke spoils environments and agriculture

Illegal brickfield trading going on by mange of Authority Concern in Charghat district of Rajshahi, Primary and secondary students are at risk of health injured for brick filed smoked. However, illegal brickfield have been damaging at agriculture. The local peoples have been demand why the law and order and local administration department official are silent? 

Flowed out of brick field Smoke the common peoples may be affected of breathing problem, Blood Cancer, human Skin Cancer, shortage of blood and a baby has being autistic when a mother has delivered a child said Assistant Director Doctor Saiful Islam Md Ataturk. The brick field washed in the air, and if the disease persists for a long time, there is risk of mortality for the students said Charghat Upazila Health Complex Officer Dr Asikur Rahman.

Illegal brick business is going on with the illegal permission of the District Environment Department. Recently, four more government primary schools, two secondary schools and two more Madrasa students of Nandangachhi Kalabhipara, Moulbagh Basudibpur and Anupampur have been risks of health injured.  Due to illegal brick filed, more than two thousand students are spreading at risk. Through the use of super heat, students of these educational institutions are being interrupted.

District environment department offices do not taken action against them which are illegal brickfield according to complaint. If irregularity of the bricklayer continues, the students are susceptible to deterioration with complex diseases, said Upazila Primary Assistant Education Officer Lutfar Rahman and Education Officer Rashida Yasmin and the same statement has been given Secondary Education Officer Jaynal Abedin,.

The Department of Environment, Local Administration, AL leader and law enforcing agencies are doing business at 12 brickfields. According to the information, an illegal brick owner has contributive to the party leader and the charghat upazila administration for different activities.

Illegal brick field has kept the business running without making any sense of environmental degradation, the education facilities including local people. Some time UNO Nazmul Haque and Assistant commissioner Anisur Rahman has drive a raid around the illegal brick filed but it was closed for a moments said District AL Education and Human Resources Secretary Emdadul Islam. AL senior member and BHRC Charghat branch president Saiful Islam Badsha said, of all information is authentic. There is a brick tread have been moving without any rules and regulations. The environment office, local administrations are responsible for it.

Already, the local administration, Department of Environment and law and order, jointly drive a operation, to prevent them from wrestling. The legal action will be taken against those bricks who are not valid, said UNO Nazmul Haque.

Regarding the matter, Charghat Upazila chairman and Secretary of the Awami League, Fakrul Islam said, there is a need brick for modernization. There is no restriction to construction for brickfield if they have legal authority of District Environment Department with valid clearance. Rajshahi Environment Department officer Mamunur Rashid said, our raid is being continued over all area of Rajshahi. As soon as possible our official had taken action against them who are illegal brickfields trading.
