He said these things in his speech as the chief guest at the peace rally organized by Awami League and its organizations at the bus stand square of Alfadanga Upazila of Faridpur at 6 pm today to protest the anarchy of BNP-Jamaat.

Addressing BNP, Abdur Rahman also said that there is no way to come to power in this country without elections. Come to the election without planning a conspiracy. It's good to dream. For this he called upon all the Faridpur-1 constituencies to gather under the leadership of Abdur Rahman.

Ishtiaq Arif, another special guest of the district Awami League general secretary, said that there is no alternative to Abdur Rahman in the Faridpur-1 seat in the upcoming parliamentary elections.
